A 10-year-old female person child with delayed evolution and taking oral anti-epileptics presented with decreased vision in both eyes, right worse than left. On examination, in that location were multiple round lesions over the posterior pole of the fundus with subretinal fibrosis.

Gaucher's affliction. Baseline photograph OD taken of a 15-year-quondam male person with a history of strabismus, bilateral 6th nerve palsy, and Gaucher's illness. Macula and vessel findings were observed to be normal. However, broad-field imaging revealed numerous white deposits of varying size institute in all iv quadrants of the midperipheral retina bilaterally. The image was captured using Optos Tx-200. Imaged past: Ryan Imperio, CRA, OCT-C, Duke Eye Middle, Durham, NC.
